If you are a client
You can delete your own account from inside the app. No request, no waiting.
- Open the AlphaCoachOS app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT to confirm.
Deletion happens immediately. It cannot be undone, and your coach cannot restore it for you.
If you are a coach
A coach account has no self-service delete control, because deleting one affects the clients attached to it. Email vikram@seigotic.com from the address your account uses. We will confirm it is you, tell you what happens to your clients’ records, and complete the deletion within one month, the period the GDPR allows for responding to an erasure request.
If you cannot sign in
Email vikram@seigotic.com from the address on the account. We do not require you to regain access first.
What is deleted
- Your profile and sign-in identity
- Body measurements, check-ins and answers
- Progress photos, including the stored image files
- Workout logs, sets, assignments and personal records
- Food logs and meal plans
- Messages between you and your coach
- Notification preferences and device push tokens
What is kept, and why
Invoices and payment records are retained rather than deleted, with the personal details on them scrubbed. Financial records have to be kept for tax and accounting obligations, and this is the one exception to everything above. They no longer identify you.
