Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AlphaCoachOS ("we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the AlphaCoachOS website and mobile app (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
1. What AlphaCoachOS is
AlphaCoachOS is a fitness and health coaching platform. Coaches use it to build workout and nutrition programs, review check-ins, and message their clients. Clients use it to log workouts, food, body measurements, and progress photos, and to message their coach.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for anything that happens under your account. Sign-in is by one-time email code: there is no password for you to keep secure, but you are still responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
A coach account and a client account are different roles with different access to the Services. We may suspend or terminate an account that provides false information, or that we reasonably believe is being used to violate these Terms.
3. The coach-client relationship
AlphaCoachOS is software that connects coaches and clients: it is not itself a coaching business, and we are not a party to the coaching relationship between a coach and their client. Disputes about the quality or content of coaching are between the coach and the client; we are not responsible for the advice, programs, or guidance a coach provides.
4. Health and fitness disclaimer
AlphaCoachOS is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Nothing in the Services, including any workout program, nutrition guidance, or coach communication, is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing health condition, injury, or concern. You use any workout or nutrition program, and any information in the Services, at your own risk.
5. Payments
Coaches may charge for their coaching services. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card details. Fees, amounts, and what they cover are set by your coach, not by us.
When and how refunds are available is set out in our Refund Policy, published alongside these Terms at /refund. For a payment issue, contact your coach first, or reach us at vikram@seigotic.com.
6. Content you submit
You may submit content through the Services: messages, progress photos, workout and nutrition logs, and check-in responses ("Your Content"). You own Your Content. By submitting it, you give us a license to store, process, and display it back to you and, where the Services are designed to do so (for example, messages with your coach, or a coach viewing their client's logged progress), to the other person in that relationship, solely to provide the Services.
You are responsible for Your Content. Do not submit anything illegal, abusive, harassing, or that you do not have the right to share.
7. Acceptable use
When using the Services, you agree not to:
- Use the Services for anything illegal, or to harass or harm another person
- Try to access another user's account or data without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or attempt to bypass their security
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our permission
- Reverse engineer or copy the Services' software except as permitted by law
8. Our intellectual property
The Services, including their design, code, and branding, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Except for Your Content, nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of anything in the Services.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time: see our Privacy Policy for how account deletion works and what is retained. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if we are required to by law.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaCoachOS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
